Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers

• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, references, and databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial H.R interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Perform background verification and reference checks

• Manage offer negotiation and salary discussion

• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
