Job Description

urgently hiring for HR Operations for an MNC.Location: Noida Key Responsibilities :

Sound knowledge to handle end to end processing of payroll on a monthly basis
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, employee movement ( department/division transfer), promotion, and salary revision.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
Compiling & reconciling payroll inputs to meet internal and statutory obligations.
Liaising with staff and management on payroll-related queries.
Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
