Job Description

Designation : Microbiologist

Experience: 1-2 Years ( Experience in Manufacturing unit will be preferable )

Salary : Rs.18000 - Rs.22000 PM

Job Location: Changodar Transportation Facility is not available

Qualification:  Microbiologist

Microbiologist JD:

Perform microbiological and chemical test of water and components.
Prepare new protocol for new components and testing it.
Quality test for UV purifier for ISI
Maintain LAB document for ISI
Calibration of LAB instrument.
Responsible for new product certification.
Analysis of rejected samples of components.
Co-ordinate with Purchase && Production department.
Maintain stock of required glassware, Chemicals, reagent && Media of LAB.
Preparation of documents as per NABL requirements.
Preparation for necessary records, documents for DSIR recognition.
Preparation of Distilled water.
Standardization of quality procedure of components and awareness of vendors about
requirements as per standard
New Project Development
Effective procedures, documentations && standards for internal audit as well ISO audit
requirements
Quality Plan for each component
Effective implementation and sustainability of best practices - Kaizen, Poka-yoke && 5's
Licenses re-certification
Perform microbiological and chemical test of water and components.
Calibration of all instruments
Emergencies and Priority Projects - Projects that came as emergencies
