About the Company:
Managed Hospitality Pvt Ltd ( Prima Escapes)
A Luxury Boutique Hospitality firm is foraying into Managed Hospitality. The firm intends to source and manage a portfolio of hand selected lux properties on a Pan India basis. These select properties will be marketed exclusively on their state-of-the-art digital platform.
To this end, the firm is looking to recruit professionals looking to work in a young dynamic enterprise that is technology first.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities using a "Digital First" approach.
- Be responsible for all Digital Asset creation from minor projects like Logos to major projects like Website and App design.
- Lead the Digital marketing effort for brand awareness and lead generation projects.
- Personally supervise the department and provide detailed guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals internally as well as at agencies
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the companys online presence, editorial design and organizing the companys publications
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
Ideal Candidates:
- Head of Marketing for retail consumer brands
- Head of Marketing for hospitality brands
- Strong Hands on Digital Marketing experience
