Inviting applications for SA, Credit AnalystWe are looking for someone who is well versed with accounting knowledge and strong understanding of financial statements. Experience in working for an engagement in commercial credit, auto financing, portfolio management, underwriting of lease/loan documents etc. would be an added advantage. The role would demand to work on hard deadlines, maintain highest level of accuracies and someone who is looked upon as a great team member who leads by example.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial and non-financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of different customers which includes analysis of Balance sheet, Income Statement, Bank Statements, and Tax return etc., and interpretation of legal documents and good understanding of legal language
- Complete credit reviews and preparation of Credit Proposals in accordance with the clients credit policy / standard operating procedure and deliver required output within stipulated as agreed with customer and standard procedures.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of new initiatives
- Attention to detail and decision-making ability
Minimum qualifications
- B.COM with MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant with demonstrated ability in Credit with experience in Credit domain
- Should have solid understanding of Credit and Risk Assessment
- Quantitative thinking and the ability to work with a number of variables
- Proficiency in information search and interpretation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Should possess good commercial bent of mind
- Handle client communication (written and verbal)
- Should be able to independently handle credit reviews post training
- Should be able to balance multiple processes as per client requirement
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive personality and providing outstanding customer service
