Error solving skill over screen sharing with PAN India users
Communication with end user, vendor & stakeholders
Testing

Create & maintain Bug list & bug document

Good email drafting skill

Update master data from admin module

Coordination with IT team for any bug fixes & system update deployment

Provide system training with internal bank teams

Understand requirements/feedback from user & create SOP
