Job Description

Source & attract top talent for specific verticals across the region by creating innovative strategies to locate& select talent

-Execute the annual employee recruitment plan along with Business/ Regional heads

-Recruitment against attritions& vacant positions as per business/ manpower plan

-Ensuring the actual are maintained against the budget through quality hiring

-Ensuring healthy source mix & devising plan to promote low cost sourcing channels

-Manage& improve efficiency in offer to joining ratio, joining to sustenance period

-Vendor Management & stakeholder management- hold regular meetings with business stakeholders & external stakeholders
