Electrolyzer Development Engineer @ enArka

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and break down electrolyzer stack into subassemblies/modules for model validation.
• Build subassemblies/modules from FEA models required for testing.
• Define (and organize) test plan(s) to validate generated FEA models
• Proficient in basic data acquisition, analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate various design options, down select and optimize the best solution.
• Reviewing the product designs and designing verification methodologies based on product designs and failure points.
• Develop test protocols for stack mechanical components based on FEA results.
• Run experiments to characterize the reliability of critical stack components.
• Develop accelerated stress test protocols for stack mechanical components
• Develop ex-situ testing for stack mechanical components.

Desired Candidate Profile

MTech from Tier 1 institute has good experience in Fuel cell/Batteries or the Electrolyzer industry.
