Job Description

  • Acquisition of Premium Partners/ Franchise
  • Responsible for revenue generation, business development & relationship management of franchise/ partner.
  • Drive shifting of KYCs/ New Clients Acquisition with the help of OBE.
  • Responsible for Monthly & Yearly target KYCs, Revenue & Cross selling of products like MF, Insurance, PMS, etc.
  • Conduct business events/HNI clients meetings, along with Premium Partners / franchise to maintain relations & increase revenue.
  • Providing Advisory services to Premium Partners/ franchise.
  • Ensure the best practices are being followed at all times in all the premium partners offices
  • Compliance monitoring as per requirement of the requirement of the compliance department.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience of acquisition of franchise in broking domain
  • Good knowledge of equity/commodity/ currency
  • Good geographical knowledge of the area
  • Willing to work in Individual role
  • Has zeal and passion for achieving target
