Job Description

Interest Collection from the loan allocated by contacting/direct visit to customer place. The role involves daily travel to customer place who have agreed to pay the interest/but not paid and to all Non Contactable customers.

Daily Work :

- Interest collection from the >9 months loans allocated for the branch.

- Contact customers through Click 2 Call mobile application updating call feedback in the app.

- Direct Visit to customer place for collecting/renewing the loans.

- Ensure 75% renewal of the >9M loans allocated for the branch.
