Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting process owners in managing their processes by doing metric management.
• Helping them identify areas of opportunity and working towards improving the same.
• Using improvement methodologies (Six Sigma )& RCA techniques.
• Required to be able to communicate with different stakeholders effectively.
• Devise and establish a process quality procedures, standards and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be a Graduate
• Minimum 2 years as an Manager / AM Quality Analyst
• Should be open to rotational day shifts/Weekly offs
• Should be well versed with the QC Tools
• Sig Sigma certification will be an added advantage
• Manage team and allocate responsibilities
• Conduct regular audit checks and daily governance
• Should be comfortable to relocate
• Must be from Customer support background
