Job Description

-Providing inputs to reporting manager for sales growth and

preparing the Annual Business Plan.

-Furnishing a monthly planner of field activities and support actions.

-Reporting/Updating daily activities as prescribed by the company.

-Reporting outcomes of field actions vis--vis set goals.

-Communicating feedback regularly on field actions/ scheduled actions.

-Progress/ performance on Business KPIs.

-Planning and Supporting Initiatives to drive KPI growth.

-Lead generation actions/ Kiosks/ retail/ referral programs

-Demonstration parties

-Participate in weekly meetings with the distributors

-New Area Mapping & development.

-Increase width & depth of distribution in assigned territory

-Stock rotation within beat to avoid stock holding at outlets

Training Initiatives: -Coaches and ensures a distributor implements stipulated training programs in a week / month, for example:

-New Dealer Orientation Programme support distributor for sales target achievement

-Monthly Distributor Meetings
