Job Description
Job duties & responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Interact with consultancies to keep flow of CVs as per requirement.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Manage employees on boarding and off boarding process.
- Manage employees leaves and prepare a input data sheet for payroll team to process Monthly payroll
- Help maintaining and improving work culture across the organization.
- Schedule training for internal staff and extend support to internal support team for first hand issue reported by users.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate + MBA in HR.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hiring portals and LinkedIn.
- Having Automobile and Technology domain knowledge will be preferred
