Sr Executive/ Manager-Plant Finance (Leading) @ Tex Corp

Job Description

Position: Sr Executive/ Manager-Plant Finance (Vizag) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:
- Reporting of Plant Variable Cost, Fixed Overheads, KPIs and other analytics - Variance analysis for plant efficiency and purchase prices
- Working closely with Operations team on cost reduction projects
- Monitoring and analyzing logistic cost and parterning with Supply Chain team on logistic cost reduction projects
- Inventory: Physical stock take, reconciliation with books, working closely with business for optmizing inventories to improve cash flow.
- Fixed Assets: CWIP reviews, tagging and physical verification, post investment analysis.
- Internal controls - process audits, action plan closure to strengthen controls, ICRF compliance etc
- Working with Central Finance Team for General Accounting, Payables and other teams to ensure accounts hygiene
- GST compliances for the plant in collaboration with Central Indirect Tax team.

Requirements:
- CMA/ CA
- Around 3-5 years of relevant experience in Plant Finance
- Handled plant finance role for end-to-end execution of Plant Finance & Controlling deliverables
- Exposure to manage project finanace
- Stakeholder management and good communication skills.
- Result Oriented
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Problem solving ability & high level of self-motivation
