Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment lifecycle (Recruits, interviews, tests, selects and hire) for acquiring the best talent from sources.
• Executing joining formalities and induction programmed for new joiners.
• To ensure all employees are aware of organizational policies & procedures.
• Generating various letters -Employment Contracts Letter, Salary Certificate, Warning Letter, Termination Letter etc.
• Responsible for Exit Interviews, Exit formalities and completing the FNF process, Employee medical insurance, EPF, ESIC.
• Ensure all queries, grievances and escalations across processes are resolved within committed timelines
• Giving personalized birthday cards to employee on behalf of Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be smart, confident with an energetic personality.
• Must have good communication in Kannada & English
• Must have knowledge in Excel and mail drafting.
• sourcing candidate using job ports & social media.

CTC: 5LPA - 6LPA 

NP: Immediate to 30days
