# Responsibilities:
Source profiles through various channels to recruit workforce.
Handle the recruitment process.
Constantly build cost-effectiveness in recruitment.
Matching the prospective employee profiles with the available business requirements.
Closing allotted positions within a specified period
Responsible for driving quality improvements in the hiring process
MIS / Reporting

# Requirements:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Good communication skills (Written & Verbal).
Should be aggressive and target oriented
Should have the flair of counseling / convincing Skills

Experience: 0 to 1 yr
# Salary: 8K/M to 12K /M (Based on Candidate SKills and Performance)
