Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Executing tests on source code.
- Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
- Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
Skill Sets:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.
- Min 1 year of experience in QA testing.
- Good team working and critical thinking skills.
- Strong manual functional testing skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal)
- Out of the box thinking
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errorsdefects
- Working knowledge of Test Management Software (e.g. JIRA, Redmine)
- Ability to work in tight timelines.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Strictly no job hoppers
Good to have:
- Good to have Knowledge of Selenium.
- Mobile app testing
- API and DB testing
- MAC OS and Virtual machines(VDIs and VMWare)
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus
