Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing the full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and offer
negotiation.
Good to have experience in Vendor & Stakeholder Management.
Assessing business needs, determining candidate profiles and creating hiring strategies.
Using recruiting tools to build effective candidate pipelines.
Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and continuous networking.
Establishing trusted partnerships with leaders and hiring teams.

Job Requirements:-

Demonstrate knowledge of sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn, social media, etc.
Have excellent command over MS Excel.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be knowledgeable about the labour market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector.

Qualification & Experience:-

Have end-user experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
