Job Description
We are seeking Recruiters (Freshers & Experienced) for IT, Financial, and BPO recruitment. Candidates should have strong communication skills, sourcing capabilities, and interest in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, etc.), databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes as per client requirements
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and telephonic screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
- Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets
Eligibility Criteria
IMMEDIATE JOIINERS PREFERRED
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome (0-1 year experience)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR concepts is a plus
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Skills Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of job portals (Naukri preferred)
- Basic MS Excel and email communication
- Positive attitude and learning mindset
