Job Description:

• Can understand technical production issues, trouble shoot by effective debugging and narrow down to the root case of the issue within stipulated timelines
• Ability to perform minor bug fixes
• Experience in bot deployments in PROD environment
• Experience in platform migrations (especially related to platform upgrades) and exposure in handling issues post migration
• Ability to perform code reviews and provide feedback based on best practices
• Ability to identify bot performance improvement and effectively provide service improvement recommendations
• Quick Learner with good communication skills
• Basic understanding on production support and ticket handling (Service Now Good to have)
• Experience in UiPath is added advantage
