JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective.

Responsible For Achieving Sales Target And Monthly Benchmarks Set By Supervisors.

Maintaining Call Quality (Quality Score Should Be Greater Than 80%).

Updating CRM With In Prescribed TAT.

Keep Abreast Of Cross Sell Products (Insurance/ MF).

Generating Leads Through Cold Calling & References.

Timely Follow-Up With Prospects With In Framework Of Company Compliance.

Converting At-Least 15% Of Assigned Talisma Leads.
