Job Description
:- Ensure that purchasing and accounts payable are processed correctly
- Ensure that sales invoicing and accounts receivable are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Calculate, analyze and report financial variances to company management
- Provide financial analyses as needed
- Provide all required reports and information to banking institution
- Monitor debt levels and compliance within banking agreements
Candidate Profile :
- Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation.
- Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a deadline driven organization
- Detail and Process oriented
- An effective communicator, including the use of both verbal and written forms of communication, able to interact with various groups within the organization
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MAC OS, MS Word, Excel and Power point. Must be familiar with MAC operating system.
- A team-first oriented employee with professional attitude
- Willingness to learn other functions as needed
Working hours are 2:30 PM to 10:30 P.M.
