Key Skills Required:

* Should have excellent communication skills- English

* Good Analytical and Interpretation skills

* Outbound / Inbound Calling

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing
customer service.

* Graduate fresher / experience and UG with 0-6 years of experience is eligible

* 5 days working 2 Rotational week off

* Pick up and Drop facilities (both side cab)

* Satisfactory working in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts)

* Comfortable with WFO
