Job Description

Responsible for Content (originals/movies/Plays/Dramas) compliance as per regulations/laws related to Media and Entertainment industry and handling and resolving grievances of the consumers with respect to the same.

Areas of Responsibility:

Regulatory and legal compliance with respect to content

Handling grievances, leading start to end process of resolving grievances of the consumers relating to the content and compliance of regulations/laws.

Co-ordinating with internal teams, find effective solution and resolve the grievances.

Drafting reply to the grievances, addressing and resolving the same within defined regulatory timelines.

Ensure compliance of Govt. IT regulations

Desired Skills and Experience:

Preferable experience in Standard and practices of Media Company.

Should have knowledge of Govt. IT regulations

Legal background shall be an advantage.

Good communication skills and problem solving approach.
