National Training Manager @ Mee 2 Bee Smart

Profile -

1. Looking for a Profile who has worked in big FMCGs like HUL, ITC , Reckitt, Marico , Dabur etc in the 1st stage of career - 8-10 years as SO/ASM etc (understanding the fundamentals/basics of Sales in FMCG)
2. He / She should have worked as a RSMs of medium size company like - Loreal, Nivea , Lotus etc - 3-4 years
3. He/ She should have worked as a Trainer ( Sales Trainer and not product trainer ) for 2-3 years in FMCG Companies ( and no other industries strictly. People would have moved in trainer role post their sales stint. It is possible in companies like mentioned above )
4. He/ She should have worked in a minimum of 2-3 regions at different role. Getting the demographics of region is important.
5. Overall experience should 15 Years and only in FMCG and nothing else .
6. Have to be very good in communication ( Hindi and English ) and should have excellent presentation skills.
7. Should be good in data analytics and should be able to read and take actionable out of data and identify areas of improvement of the sales force.
8. Should be good in Distribution fundamentals
9. Should be ready to travel 15-18 days ( Therefore need to evaluate whether a lady can do it )
10. Should have a good capacity to interact with different functions like Sales Operations/ Sales Development / HR / Marketing etc.
11. Need to work in Market to drive On the Job Training

Job Descriptions

1. Need to be creating the Training structure and contents in discussion with Sales Development team, RSMs and Marketing team
2. Need to understand basic Distribution KPI and create Training actionable on each such KPI
3. Create Planograms / KPI tracker and drive OJT with SO/SR/PSR and give live examples of executions
4. Travel across the country and evaluate the training opportunities and come with actionable in discussion wit RSMs
5. Conduct CRT and OJT across the country
6. Create Video and Tool content and evaluate automation
7. Drive standardise execution of ways of working
8. New Product launch training
9. Focus product launch training
