JOB DESIGNATION - HR Recruiter(Off Roll)

Work Location - Lower Parel

Industry : Life Insurance

CTC - 12k - 22k(Monthly)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals & through all possible means.

2. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements.

3. Scheduling , Follow-up , Coordination with candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer.

4. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

5.Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements

6. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager.

7. Co-ordination with consultants

Desired profile:

Should have an Experience in Bulk Hiring
Good sourcing & convincing Skill

Fresher can also apply (Good communication skills)

Language - Malayalam/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Kannada (will be added advantage)
