CTC - 4 to 5 LPA (Negotiable)
Personal profile
You should be a resident of Mumbai living within one hour travelling. Age 27 +, A Non Clock watcher. Result Oriented, Serious career minded. Looking forward to growing with the company (Internships/ trainer job hoppers, May kindly excuse this ad). 4 years experience relevant experience
Job profile
- You will be required to come up with a cost effective digital & social media campaign.
- You should be proficient in communication.
- You should be technology savvy.
- Preferably shall be given to those who are certified by google FB etc.
- You should have demonstrable leadership qualities. You should be an excellent coordinator.
- Having relevant experience.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
KRA
Be able to deliver desired campaign objectives. Carry out continuous monitoring & tracking to reduce cost while increasing results. Being a good team player with an eye on corporate goals
