Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Provide support in hiring of talent at the Jio centers with focus on Home Business (Direct/indirect) 2. Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals 3. Shortlist and schedule interviews 4. Drive walk in, job fairs, social media campaigns, tie up with NGOs/Skill councils 5. Offer processing in hiring portal, pre-boarding, joining's and documentation

Skill & Competencies:

1. Knowledge of job portals 2. Knowledge of MS Excel 3. Communication skills (Written and Verbal) 4. Speak local language - Malayalam 5. Target orientation

Candidate Profile :

Graduate in any discipline ( PG or Diploma in HR preferred) - Mandatory

1 - 2 years in mass recruitment - Mandatory
