Roles and Responsibilities :

• Overall smooth functioning of the Mall
• Supervision & Decision making
• Check general up keeping and maintenance of the Mall
• Departmental staff recruitment, development, training and management
• Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports & Customisation all MIS reports
• Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports & Customisation all MIS reports
• Budget maintaining
• Overall promotions and events
• Making plans & execution of events
• Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communications and liaison
• Marketing & Advertising and promotion planning
• New product development planning and management
• Payment collection
• Any queries issues are dealt with at the very spot of time to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintenance Agreements
• Shop Opening & closure
• Customer Satisfaction
• Co-ordination with the Marketing department
• Co-ordination with outlets and departments
• Outgoing & incoming Courier
• Proper information to be given to customers
• Online ticket generation
