Location: Worli, Mumbai
Reports to: Lead - Brand & communication
Role Details
Formulation of Brand strategy, marketing budgets planning & execution, customer and stakeholders engagement. setting style guides, brand guidelines, adherence to the brand codes and defined guidelines, compliance and RBI policies adherence should be a must. Planning and executing communication across media, creative, advertising, digital etc. Thorough with the concept of Market Research, category trends, branding color codes and mandatories.
Overall Job Description
- Develop & execute marketing strategies across different key markets leverage Digital campaigns, proximity marketing [OOH, print], activation ideas, brand collaborations and sponsorships, tie ups with celebs & influencers to drive business goals and deepen relevance
- Partner with the leadership on go-to-market strategies for entering new markets and share regular updates on key metrics and progress towards goals. Plan and execute GTM programs with different product teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams (content, creative, media, etc.) and marketing agency to plan and execute targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, social media platforms and other channels.
- Design & lead the product launch execution comprising diverse brand identity to drive business objective and goals through national & regional brand communications
- Define and own product positioning and messaging with a central focus on marketable USPs. Formulate industry stories inclusive of thought leader content, guides and collaborations.
- Constant engagement with the creative agencies, franchise partners and on ground field teams
- Allocate, monitor, track and update marketing budget spend across regions and initiatives
- Work with research agencies to undertake market research to understand the consumer trends, competitor insights brand positioning, etc. to identify areas of focus to develop a point of view of the brand strategy.
- Provide the brief to the appropriate agencies (media, creative, advertising, digital etc.) for the development of the brand plan as per the marketing calendar
EDUCATION
Essential requirement: Post Graduate / MBA/ Graduate
Preferred: MBA
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement: 8-10 years
Preferred: 10+ years

Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits
- Clear understanding of brands and marketing mix and a thorough understanding of media
- Ability to prioritize among various projects and comfortable working in ambiguous and fast changing work environment
- Ability to think through the entire spectrum of customer journey and product value creation from business, sales, product and technology perspective
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred
