Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing relevant candidates as per requisite from Job Portals.
- Screening, Skill assessment, scheduling and conducting rounds of Interview, taking feedback.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Offer Negotiation.
- Co-ordination with consultants.
- Consistently meet the performance metrics.
- Data Management proficient in MS office.
- Ready to travel for external campus hiring /off-campus / job fairs.
Required Candidate profile
- Must have experience/knowledge in Bulk hiring, sourcing, Scheduling, Co-coordinating interviews.
- Experience from BPO/consultancy/ is preferred.
- Graduation is a must.
- Good Communications skills.
- Any graduation.
Experience : minimum 6 months to 2 years.
- Applicants with Short notice or immediate joiners required.
Soft skills required
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills.
- Good client interfacing skills.
- Pleasing Personality.
- Energetic and self driven individual.
