Job Description
Position- Officer Sales.
Role- Front line Sales
Interview location -Mumbai
Do not lineup fresher and non banking candidate
Must Criteria:
- High Sales orientation for achieving numbers
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills in English or local language
- 1 year Experience candidate is required in Banking sales .
- Ability to work on digital platforms
- Computer Skills - MS Office
- 1 Year in Current City
- Age: Below 30 Years
- Qualification: Any Graduate & Above (From recognized University)
CTC Details:
- Salary : CTC - Rs. 2.00 lacs p.a. to Rs. 2.2 lacs p.a. (Approx)
- Incentive : Earning potential is on average Rs 60,000/- p.m. and one can earn a maximum incentive of upto Rs.7,20,000/- p.a. (Rs.60,000/- p.m)

Imp Criteria:
- The Job involves extensive travelling within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping with the primary responsibilities mentioned below.
- Two wheeler required for mobility
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) To acquire New to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling:
Savings Accounts.
Current Accounts.
Term Deposits.
Debit / Credit Cards.
IPG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual.
Fund / Retail Asset Products / Online Trading).
Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
To fulfill KYC & Compliance norms.
To reach out to High Net-worth Individuals.
To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.
