Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Min 4 years

Education: MBA-HR/MSW-HR/ BBA/ BBM

Location: Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam

(Local Language is mandatory - Telugu)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring People.
Understanding JD Requirements & Planning for Sourcing through portals, alternate Channels, social media & other Modes of Recruitment.
Meet all recruitment timelines as assigned within the process.
Plan, develop and drive sourcing/ recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Functional Manager.
Deliver on process within the defined TAT consistently.
Create and maintain assignment track sheets
Headhunting & Good communication skills.
