Job Description

We are having an urgent opening for the position of ASM/Senior Sales Executive for a reputed real estate company 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects.
• Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the developer for any clarification required for that.
• Be compliant with operations process.
• Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with at all touch-points.
• Provide after sales services to the customers.

• Self-Motivated.
• Good Co-ordination and convincing skill.
• Candidate should be willing to travel.
