Business Process Analyst shall work with the different stakeholders and assess business
requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process and performance
improvements.
He/She shall conduct meetings with different stakeholders and participants from various parts of
operational processes and analyse the information received.
He/She shall evaluate employee needs, internal workflows and business processes.
He/She shall gather information through process mapping, flow-charting and document them in
the form of SOPs for future reference.
He/She shall communicate with different stakeholders to ensure that business operations are
closely monitored and measured and provide feedback on process performance.
He/She shall manage process change and educate business users responsible for managing and
operating business processes
Experience and Skills Required
3-5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
Certifications - Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, Process Excellence (preferred)
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Good Aptitude and Business understanding
