Job Description

• perform initial screening of the candidates
• Sourcing potential candidates from different job portals available. 
• Take the interviews of the candidates
• scheduling interview with the management team
• Follow up with the candidates regularly 
• Understanding candidate's needs and work accordingly

    Desired Candidate profile

• Any Graduate with a min 6 months of experience in Recruitment, telecalling or Customer care
• Fresher candidates with a min graduation degree
• knows English Language both verbal and written
• Self Motivated 
• Has ability of problem solving

    Qualification 

• Any Graduate with good communication skill in Hindi and English
• Any Fresher with a min Graduation degree
• MBA in HR/Marketing
• Post Graduation not required.
• Graduation or equivalent
