Job Description

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Executive.
Must have key expertise in Quality analysis.
Experience in chair/furniture/ plastic/sheet Metal and plastic is preferred.
Must have good experience in Quality analysis and handling machines.
To analyze and release the Raw / Packing materials and finished them as per methods / SOPs and maintain the records and inform the results Q.A Manager.
Identification of inspection and test status at the Laboratory.
To maintain high standards of Housekeeping/ safety in the laboratory.
Implementation of statistical techniques.
To carry out IPQC/IPQA during the manufacturing stages.
To conduct various LAB tests as and when required.
To give proper reports of TEST to Higher Authorities as and when asked.
To issue labels for samples and different products.
To prepare/maintain reports of the QA department as per ISO guidelines.
To prepare COA as per customer specified or in-house standard format
Any deviation observer should be identified and reported immediately HOD.

Qualification: Diploma, ITI fitter.
