Experience : 1-3 years in a customer service role

Qualification: Graduate, fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English is helpful, Working knowledge of Excel and Computer savvy

  3. Operate WhatsApp marketing to communicate with database- sending digital catalogs, videos, reels
  4. Digital order generation
  5. Answering customer queries and making customer calls
