Attendance Management
End-to-End activity management with regards to resources from on-boarding to off-boarding
Vendor Management:
End to End Vendor Management activities.
Vendor performance management
MIS report handling and generating various reports for internal review.
Quarterly business review meeting to be arranged with client.
Responsible for new vendor emplanement.
Vendor performance evaluation based on defined metrics.
Co-ordination and timely actions on vendor s basis actionable feedbacks from project teams
Managing regular meetings and organizing QBR with Vendor
