Roles & Responsibilities-
1.Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking
2.Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies
3.Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include succession planning
4.Manage and screen incoming resumes, reach out to passive candidates
5.Identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers, ) to drive candidate identification and attraction
