Job Requirements and Responsibilities:-
1. Should be excellent in IT recruitment with proven proficiency.
2. Should have worked on Mobile application domains.
3. Should have worked on various job portals to recruit IT professionals.
4. Should also have the ability to recruit non-IT staff.
5. Should headhunt to find suitable profiles.
6. Should reach targets set by the management.
7. Should also implement human resources practices.
8. Should engage with recruitment agencies for permanent and temporary staffing.
9. Will be responsible for employee review and performance benchmarking
10. Will be responsible for employee job satisfaction
11. Will hold quarterly and annual rewards and recognition
