    About The Company - Our Client is an International Recruitment Agency specialized in job placement all over Canada and foreign workers recruitment. Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required: internal combustion engines, DC electrical systems, propane systems, hydraulics, and fuel systems Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts: perform major repairs to maintain fleet equipment using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments independently Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work: conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements, and assorted services Service attachments and working tools: reconditioning and replacing of assorted parts of the heavy equipment Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of performing preventative maintenance of all Herc Rentals owned fleet at your branch Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all Herc Rentals fleet equipment Assist shop lead with customer damage estimates and repairs Enter and review work orders and complete part ordering via fleet management system Diagnoses problem areas for any significant wear or tear on the equipment Take service calls when shop lead is absent and dispatch Field Service Mechanic to ensure repairs are completed in a timely and efficient fashion Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner Assist in training C and B Mechanics while taking direction from the shop lead Requirements Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in the trade is required. 5+yrs of experience Welding experience is an asset. Drivers license is required.
