- Role Overview: As a visionary Senior Product Manager / Director at our pioneering Indian tech company in Bengaluru, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our cutting-edge video surveillance portfolio. Your role will involve shaping the future of intelligent surveillance by driving innovation in Video Management Systems (VMS), Video Analytics (VA), and smart security solutions. Your leadership will play a key role in transforming raw video data into actionable insights that enhance safety, optimize traffic management, and empower diverse industries. We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep domain expertise and a passion for user-centric design to position our platform as a global leader in security technology. Responsibilities: - Define and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with emerging global security trends and market demands. - Lead comprehensive market intelligence efforts, including competitive analysis, trend forecasting, and identification of strategic whitespace opportunities. - Own end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring seamless product launches, adoption, and sustained market penetration. - Champion user experience (UX) excellence by simplifying complex video analytics into intuitive, actionable interfaces for diverse user segments. - Serve as the primary product owner across the full lifecyclefrom ideation and PRD development to cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Support teams. Qualification Required: - Proven experience (716 years) in product management within the video surveillance, security technology, or AI-driven SaaS domains. - Deep technical understanding of IP cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), AI-powered video analytics, and cloud-based video storage architectures. - Demonstrated success in scaling products, leading high-performing product teams, and driving innovation in fast-paced environments. - Expertise in market positioning, value-chain analysis, and strategic product differentiation in competitive technology landscapes. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills.
