Job Description
- Job Objective- We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Head (General Manager/Dy/AGM) to oversee all repair and maintenance related activities of the companys restaurants across India. He should have a solid understanding of restaurant related maintenance i.e., electrical systems, Refrigerations, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other crafts along with well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, Duty Roaster planning etc. The goal is to ensure the restaurants equipments etc. are well-cared and adequate to support the companys restaurant operations. 1. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation 2. Carry out inspections of the machineries to identify and resolve issues 3. Plan and oversee all repair and maintenance activities. 4. Allocate workload and supervise staff (Team Members in various regions) 5. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary 6. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance 7. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers 8. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities 9. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with 10. Co-ordination with the other departments for smooth working. 11. To keep sufficient emergency stock in the department. 12. To raise the requirement of necessary items. 13. To maintain the availability of proper staff strength and their rotation. 14. To supervise the jobs as per priority. 15. To make the maintenance & preventive maintenance schedule & follow them 16. Monthly Reports 17. Any other work assigns by management. Requirements and skills Proven experience as maintenance managerial role. Experience in planning maintenance operations. Solid understanding of technical aspects of Refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. Working knowledge of machines and equipment Ability to keep track of and report on activity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Interested candidates pls mail your CV on hidden_email,
