- Role Overview: As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in our company based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling our financial operations. Your expertise in finance and experience in a listed manufacturing setup will be vital in driving growth through strategic financial initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and governance frameworks. - Manage investor relations, including financial communications, stakeholder management, and analyst relations. - Oversee export and import finance management, including trade finance and cash management. - Lead merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives, including due diligence and integration. - Raise debt, equity, and strategic investments to support business growth. - Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks. - Drive growth through strategic financial initiatives and operational improvements. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience as CFO or Group CFO in a manufacturing organization with a minimum of 7-8 operational plants. - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. - Strong exposure to M&A, investor relations, export and import finance management, and fund raising. - Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup. - Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to drive growth through strategic financial initiatives.
