- Job Description The Data Analyst (PMO) at Muthoot Fincorp Limited (MFL) will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across various organizational functions. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, a focus on detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The role is central to optimizing business performance and providing insights that align with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop frameworks for efficient data management across the organization. Collect, analyze, and manage data from both internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to aid in project management. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Develop and maintain data models, forecasting tools, and statistical analyses to support predictive and prescriptive analytics. Apply advanced data analytics techniques (e.g., regression analysis, machine learning) to uncover hidden patterns and forecast future trends. Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI for effective data manipulation and analysis. Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and recommending optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.-, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to gather data requirements and align insights with organizational goals. Effectively communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders, including senior management. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and tool integration. Key Skills & Behavioral Attributes Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI. Data Modeling & Forecasting: Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management and reporting. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with various teams to meet organizational goals. Education & Experience Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science or any related field. 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the financial services domain (ref:hirist.tech),
