Job Title: Regional Manager Field Collection Operations Summary: Oversee regional field collection operations, managing teams to achieve debt recovery targets, streamline processes, and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities: Debt Collection & Strategy: Drive recovery efforts, align with market trends, and set team goals. Performance & Operations: Manage budgets, standardize processes, and resolve escalations. Data & Reporting: Analyze data using financial tools, report insights to leadership. Compliance & Stakeholder Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain key client relationships. Qualifications: Bachelors in business/finance; MBA preferred. 7-10 years in debt collection or financial services with leadership experience. Skilled in data analytics, reporting tools, and CRM software.
