RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Program Manager for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai In this role you will be responsible for: Define and implement the overall program, structure, strategy and approach including the program plan, interdependencies and critical success factors Ensure the program work streams are effectively defined, planned and aligned to the overall program Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a program Control and maintain program deliverables Manage and control program costs within budget Provide direction for all program level risks and issues Ownership of program assumptions and on-going testing and validation throughout the program Manage the key interdependencies within the program and those external to the program Manage client relationships and liaise with both internal and external customers Ability to develop a strong cohesive program team across multiple organizations and locations Manage the timely closure, invoicing and handover of the program into Business-As-Usual Supervise project resource by providing direction, guidance and coaching Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and conduct regular evaluation Report evaluation findings to the Program Sponsors and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate Requirements for this role include: Proven track record (5 to 10 years) as a Program Manager dealing with complex work-streams and related IT and non-IT projects essential Strong leadership of geographically and functionally diverse teams of 20-50 Business focused, level-headed, delivery focused, comfortable working at all levels of the organization with excellent negotiation, strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, mentoring and coaching skills. Repeated above Experience in developing the Project Scope and proven track record in tracking cost and resources against projects is essential. Proven track record in managing and understanding the impact of change and liaising with the Business and senior executive stakeholders to help formulate an appropriate project and program plan. Proven track record in managing program risk, resource conflict and dependency is essential. Proactively identifies and manages risk to eliminate need for invoking contingency plans. 3rd Party Supplier Management Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies Capable of visualizing a problem context/situation, develop a number of resolution options and think them through from concept to implementation,
