As a Business Development Assistant Manager in Contract Staffing (Non-IT / General Staffing) at 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve driving new client acquisition, client transfer, and building scalable staffing revenue in industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, Telecom, FMCG, and Healthcare. Your responsibilities will include: - Drive new client acquisition for Contract / General Staffing across various industries. - Act as a hunter by identifying, pitching, and onboarding recent corporate clients. - Manage client transfer opportunities and expand existing relationships into higher billing engagements. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
