Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Brand Management: Develop the company brand by crafting branding strategies and ensuring brand consistency. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends. Product Promotion: Design and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with product managers. Buyers Journey Development: Create the buyer's journey for each product and consumer class, measuring it at each level and identifying measures to convert clients from the current to the desired state. Develop a "keep in touch" system to increase the lifetime value of clients. Team Leadership: Lead and set the marketing team, including establishing objectives, providing guidance, and ensuring effective execution of the marketing plan. Digital Marketing: With the rising role of digital platforms, maintain a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and SEO, and how to leverage them. Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts using metrics and KPIs to inform future strategies. Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets, optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.,
